How to use the Number Directory as a Call to Action

Follow this guide to learn how to use the Number Directory as a CTA.

You must have Numbers in your Number Directory before using this Call to Action.

How to Navigate the Number Directory

  • Create an Agent all the way through to the Call to Action section.

  • Toggle ON the Call to Action Toggle

  • Select the Call to Action dropdown, then click Live Transfer - Number DirectoryScreenshot 2025-05-20 at 9.20.07 AM
  • Click the Number Directory dropdown and select the numbers you would like the Ai Agent to live transfer to.

  • Once you select the numbers, scroll down and select the days and hours for each number to receive live transfers.

  • After you set all hours for each number, type out your Transfer Initiation Phrase.

    • This will be the same for all numbers. Do not include names or specific information. 
  • From there, continue creating your Ai Agent as usual.
