You must have Numbers in your Number Directory before using this Call to Action.
- Create an Agent all the way through to the Call to Action section.
How to Create a Voice Agent in SalesAi - Toggle ON the Call to Action Toggle
- Select the Call to Action dropdown, then click Live Transfer - Number Directory
- Click the Number Directory dropdown and select the numbers you would like the Ai Agent to live transfer to.
- Once you select the numbers, scroll down and select the days and hours for each number to receive live transfers.
- After you set all hours for each number, type out your Transfer Initiation Phrase.
- This will be the same for all numbers. Do not include names or specific information.
- From there, continue creating your Ai Agent as usual.
