Use this guide to learn how to use the Number Directory.
- Click on Ai Voice in the lefthand bar.
- Click on Number Directory.
- You can add phone numbers by typing in a Phone Number and Name. Then Click Add New Number.
- The Phone Numbers will show up in the list below.
- All users on your SalesAi team are automatically added to the Number Directory.
- On the right hand side, locate the Actions Column.
- Click on the 3 dots in the Actions Column to Edit or Delete phone numbers.
- Users of your SalesAi Team cannot be deleted or edited. The 3 dots will be grayed out.
- To search for Numbers or Names, use the Search bar at the top of the list.
