Understand what options are available for potential leads calling the OutboundAgent back.
There are a few things that may happen depending on the current set up you have within SalesAi Voice.
If you do have an Inbound Agent set up:
If you have an Inbound Agent assigned to the same number as an Outbound agent, it will be able to answer any returning calls you may get from potential missed leads.
If you do NOT have an Inbound Agent set up:
This will cause the call to not route anywhere. You will need to set up an Inbound Agent if you want your leads to be able to call back. Make sure to set up the Prompt Initial Message differently than the Outbound so that it knows it will be receiving the call, rather than performing the call.
