Creating an Outbound Agent

Follow this guide to create your Outbound Agent!

  1. In SalesAi Voice, navigate to the "Outbound Agent" tab on the left side.
    Outbound1
  2. Select the Language for your agent.
    Outbound2
  3. Click on the drop-down menu for the "From Phone Number"
    Outbound3
  4. Add your Initial Message into the designated field. For example - "Hi, my name is Sara, an AI assistant with Kennected. Can I have a moment of your time?" *See the disclosure note at the end of the article.
    Outbound4
  5. Select your desired voice. You can hear how they sound by clicking their avatar, and then the Play button.
    Outbound5
  6. Set the Interrupt Sensitivity
Low Sensitivity - Prospect would need to say more than one word for the agent to stop talking. (Ex. It wouldn't stop for an "okay" or "uh-huh.")
High Sensitivity - Any speaking from the prospect would trigger the agent to stop talking.
    Outbound6
  7. Set the Response Speed
Sensitive - As soon as the prospect stops talking, the agent will pick back up.
Auto - The agent will match the prospect. If they speak quickly, the agent also will.
    Outbound7
  8. Set the Initial Message Delay. We recommend 1 second.
    Outbound8
  9. We recommend turning "Double Call" to "True" in order to bypass any Do Not Disturb settings.
    Outbound9
  10. We recommend turning VM Detection On so the agent can hang up if it detects a Voicemail.
    Outbound10
  11. Move the slider to set the AI Creativity. The higher it is, the more genuine and natural the conversation comes across. We recommend between 0.8 and 1.0.
    Outbound11
  12. In the Prompt field, enter the prompt you built for it to use. See Designing a Prompt for more information.
    Outbound12
  13. When finished, click the green "Save Agent" button.
    Outbound13
  14. Provide a Name and Description for your agent, and then click the blue Save button.

Disclosure of AI involvement is important to ensure compliance with the FCC so prospects can make informed decisions about their interactions with your campaigns.
