Designing a Prompt for your Agent

There are a few options we can look at for designing your Agent's Prompt.

Sections

• Copying a Previous Agent
• Using the Pre-made Prompts
• Utilizing the Prompt Generator

Copying the Prompt from a Previous Agent

• Click on Agents on the left-hand menu of SalesAi Voice
  
• Click on the Triple Dots of the Agent you would like to copy. Click Edit.
  
  
• Scroll down to the prompt. Click the Copy button. You can then paste this into the new agent and make tweaks as needed.
  

Using the Pre-made Prompts

• Select Inbound Agent or Outbound Agent. This will depend on the type of Agent you want to build.
  
• Scroll to the middle and select Pre-Made Prompts
  
• Choose a Prompt from the drop-down selection
  
• Make adjustments to the script to fit your Company, Goal, and Instructions for the Agent.
  

Utilizing the Prompt Generator

• Click on AI Prompt Generator on the left-hand menu
  
• Fill in each applicable section, starting with Persona & Goal. You can leave sections blank if needed.
  
• Click Generate Prompt when you are finished.
  
• Generating a prompt may take some time. Make sure to Copy the prompt once it has finished generating! You can use the Copy Icon above the Generated Prompt.
