      Will My Account Turn Off if I Don't Have Minutes?

      Understand What Happens When You Run Out of Minutes

      If you do not have a card on Sales AI Voice:

      • A call pause will occur, preventing you from making any inbound or outbound Agent calls.

      This will NOT stop your GoHighLevel workflows from executing. However, your leads will not be called, even with the workflows running. You will need to resolve this as soon as possible.

      If you have a card on SalesAI Voice

      • You will be charged $0.25 per minute over your limit.
