How to Upload a Knowledge Base Link or Document into a SalesAi Voice Agent

Follow this guide to learn how to upload a knowledge base link or document into a SalesAi Voice Agent.

  • Click on Ai Voice and then Agents on the left-hand side of your SalesAi account.

  • Click on "Create Agent" in the top right corner.

  • Go through the process of creating your agent until you get to the 3rd page and have the option to add a Knowledge Base URL.

  • Paste the URL from your company knowledge base into the box.

  • Once the green circle to the right of the box stops spinning, you are able to move to the next page and finish creating your agent. 

If you do not have a knowledge base webpage, you can use the link to a PDF saved in a Google Drive, Dropbox, or GitHub.

SalesAi Voice Agents are not currently able to pull information from additional links. If your knowledge base hyperlinks take you off the main Knowledge Base webpage, we suggest condensing all the important information into one document, such as a Google Doc or Dropbox File, then pasting the link from Google Drive or Dropbox into your agent.
