Follow this guide to learn how to upload a list into SalesAi using a CSV File
- Navigate to the Data Import Tab inside your SalesAi account.
- Click on New Import in the top right corner
- Click whether you are uploading a list of Prospects, Companies, or Products, then click "Next".
- Name the Import and enter the Lead Source (ie, if the information is gathered through form submissions, google ads, etc.)
- Upload the CSV File by either dragging and dropping the file into the box, or clicking "Click Here" and to search and upload from your computer.
- Once the list has fully loaded and the box is green, click "Upload" on the bottom right.
- Map out the Properties to align with your CSV Column Headers.
- If importing a list of prospects, check directly below the mapped-out fields to mark if you have received the required consent for communication with these contacts.
- Finally, click "Finish Import" in the bottom right corner.
Please note: Imports must be 1,000 prospects or less (short-term solution). For example, if you have 12,000 prospects, you can import 12 lists with 1,000 prospects on each list.
