Follow this guide to complete the Ai Learning for your SalesAi Account.
Only users with Sales Manager permissions can set up AI Learning.
All team members will leverage the team AI learning in their individual accounts.
Ai Learning can be adjusted at any time.
- Click on the Ai Learning tab on the left-hand menu
- Complete all of the company details
- A value proposition explains how your company's product or service will benefit its customers.
- The Ai CAN utilize the resources in your Knowledge Base or FAQ so be sure to paste a link if you have one!
- Click Save
- Click on the Ai Persona Tab
- Create an AI Agent Name
This will be the name for all Voice Agents created. - Choose your Response Time under Engagement and Responsiveness
This is the time delay that applies to SMS responses within Lead flow. We recommend a 60-second delay, meaning that there will be a 60-second delay from when a prospect sends a message and the Ai responds.
- Click on the chart to set your Ai agent's Characteristics
- Make sure to press Save at the top-right again before moving to the next step.
- Click on Sales Process tab
- We will now be adding in your Sales Objections.
- Click the drop-down arrow on Objection Type. Select the correct Objection Type.
- Fill out a rebuttal to the objection under the Objection Handling Strategy Tab.
Try to be as detailed as possible when filling in the objection handling strategies. - Click Add Objection and Handling Strategy at the bottom to add additional objections.
For objections that are not listed, choose Other, then write the Objection, followed by the rebuttal, in the Objection Handling Strategy box.
- Once you have finished setting up your Objections. Make sure to click Save again at the top-right.
