Your Agent will need a Phone number to operate from. Twilio serves as a number source, as well as a bridge to get those calls routed properly!
You will need to attach a card on file to Twilio. Campaigns in SalesAi Voice will not work unless this has been done. Even if you are on the Trial. Please make sure to do this ASAP.
Purchasing a Number in Twilio
- Scroll to the bottom of the Console page of Twilio and click on the blue Verified phone numbers text
- If you already have a number and have a card on file you will click View all numbers
- If you already have a number and have a card on file you will click View all numbers
- Click on Buy a Number On the left-hand side
- Enter the Area Code of the desired number to Search for it. Then click Search
If you don't mind where the call is coming from, you can select any number that is listed. We recommend not selecting Toll-Free numbers.
- Pick a number and Click the Buy button
- Scroll to the bottom of the Window and select Buy #
