Campaign Triggers and Actions

This information gives an overview of creating campaign triggers and actions.

  • When creating a Trigger, you'll first have the option to create between a Lead Trigger or a Deal Trigger.
  • After making your selection, you'll then choose the campaign event.
  • When selecting 'Contact Created' you'll have multiple lead sources to choose from.
  • Whereas when choosing 'Meeting State Change', you will select the desired Meeting State.
  • Once Events are selected, click the 'Next' button to choose the trigger action.
  • Use the dropdown to select your action.
  • By choosing 'Set Deal Flow Stage', you'll be asked to select the Pipeline and the Pipeline Stage.
  • Alternatively, by selecting 'Create Task', you'll have the option to input the Task Type, Assignee, and include any Attachments. 
  • You can also choose whether or not you want the trigger to be delayed.
  • Once making your selections, click 'Next' to review the overview of your Campaign Trigger.
  • If all looks good, go ahead and click 'Create Trigger.'
  • Once created, locate all Campaign Triggers in the dashboard
