Adding a Live Transfer Number to a SalesAi Voice Agent

There is an option to have your agent perform a live transfer. This could be done after the Agent asks qualifying questions or other conditions you set!

Follow these steps to add a Live Transfer Number to your Agent:

  • Click on Agents
  • Click on the Triple Dots of the Agent, Click Edit.
  • Scroll Down. Then Click on the Call Transfer Icon
  • Enter in the number you want to transfer to, then click Save
  • Scroll to the bottom of the Agent Settings. Click Save Agent
