Establishing Business Hours

This guide is essential for customizing workflow timings to ensure that outreach aligns with your operational hours, preventing unwanted contact attempts outside of these times. Scroll through the steps below to get started:

Here’s a straightforward, step-by-step guide in text form:

  • Navigate to SalesAi: Start by going to the SalesAi dashboard.

  • Click "Workflows": Select the "Workflows" option from the left sidebar.

  • Create or Edit Workflow: Either edit a draft or create a new workflow (active workflows cannot be edited once activated).

  • Settings: Click the "Settings" button at the top of the workflow page.

  • Set Business Hours: Use the toggle to activate business hours. If this is left off, agents will start reaching out to contacts immediately after they’re enrolled.

  • Choose Timezone: Select the appropriate timezone from the dropdown menu.

  • Add Days: Click "+ Add Day" to set specific days for business hours, starting with Monday through Friday as a recommendation.

  • Set Start and End Times: Select the start time (e.g., 9 AM) and end time (e.g., 5 PM) for each business day.

  • Delete Days: If you need to delete a specific day, you can click the red trash icon next to that day.
