This guide offers a step-by-step approach to effectively apply delays within your workflows on SalesAi, ensuring optimal timing in your communications. Scroll through the steps below to get started:
Not a visual learner? No problem!
Here’s a straightforward, step-by-step guide in text form:
-
Navigate to SalesAi: The first step is to go to the SalesAi platform and click on "Workflows" in the sidebar.
-
Creating or Editing Workflows: You can either edit a draft or create a new workflow. Active workflows cannot be edited once activated.
-
Choosing Workflow Steps: You can choose between adding "AI Call" or "Send SMS" steps, depending on your use case, and drag these steps into the workflow builder.
-
Adding Delay: To set a delay, click on the dropdown arrow next to each step to bring up options like move up, duplicate, set delay, and trash.
-
Set Delay: Choose the clock icon next to a step to add a delay. You can set delays between steps, such as after completing Step 2 before starting Step 3.
-
Configure Delay Duration: You can set the delay in days, hours, minutes, or seconds. It's recommended to gradually extend delays to avoid contacting your audience too frequently.
-
Save and Review: After setting the delay, save the changes. The delay will appear above the relevant steps in the workflow.
