Workflow Testing
Learn how manually add a contact for workflow testing purposes.

Step 1: Create a Test Contact
- Navigate to SalesAi.
- Click Contacts on the left-hand side.
- Click Add Contact in the top-right corner.
Enter Contact Details
- Fill in:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Job Title
- Phone Number
- Location
- Click Add Contact.
This creates a test contact you can safely use for workflow testing (shown on pages 3–5).
Step 2: Locate the Contact
- Find the contact you just created in the list.
- Click the three dots on the right side of that contact.
Step 3: Enroll Contact into Workflow
- Click Enroll Into Workflows.
Select the Workflow
- Search or scroll to find the workflow you want to test.
- Check the box next to the workflow.
Important: The workflow must be Active to test (page 7).
Step 4: Start the Test
- Click Enroll Contact.
Your contact is now enrolled and the workflow will trigger based on its logic.
Quick Testing Checklist
Once enrolled, verify:
- The workflow triggers immediately (or based on delay rules)
- The correct agent is used
- Calls are initiated as expected
- Voicemail behavior works (if enabled)
- Retry logic (double call) works correctly
- Outcomes route correctly (no answer, transfer, etc.)
- Delays and follow-ups execute properly
