  • Click on the “Settings” option in the bottom-left corner.

  • Within the settings menu, select “User Settings.”

2. Update Personal Information

  • First Name: Enter your first name.

  • Last Name: Enter your last name.

  • Email: This is auto-filled and cannot be edited since it is tied to your login credentials.

  • Phone Number: Input your number, which will appear in the User Number Directory.

3. Set Business Hours (Optional but Recommended)

These settings impact the "Book a Meeting" call-to-action.

To Enable Business Hours:

  • Toggle "Enable Business Hours" on.

  • Use the dropdown to select your Time Zone.

  • Click "Add Hours."

  • Choose days of the week (e.g., Monday to Friday is recommended).

  • Set:

    • Start Time: Recommended – 9:00 AM

    • End Time: Recommended – 5:00 PM

  • To remove a day/time entry, use the Red Trash Icon.

  • Scroll to the top and click “Save” in the upper-right corner to apply all changes.
