Update User Information

Learn how to easily modify the personal details of your SalesAi account within the platform.

Scroll through the images/steps below to edit a user's information.

Steps
  1. Click the Settings Gear next to your name in the bottom-left corner of the platform.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Ensure you are on the General tab.
  4. Under My Information, click Edit.
  5. Update your name, email address, and/or phone number as needed.
  6. Click Save to apply your changes.
Note

The phone number entered here is for your user profile only and cannot be used for live transfers. To enable live transfers, add and manage phone numbers in the Transfer Numbers section.

Email is unable to be changed. Reach out to June (support@salesai.com) for more assistance.

Only the fields within My Information can be updated from this section.
