Prerequisite: Ensure you have a completed and verified Primary Customer Profile before proceeding.

Login: Navigate to the Twilio dashboard, click Admin in the upper right corner, and select Account Trust Hub.

Access Voice Integrity Settings: Click on Voice Integrity from the left-hand menu in the Trust Hub to begin the process of registering phone numbers.

Start Registration:

Click New Voice Integrity Registration.

Provide a friendly name for the Voice Integrity registration.

Select Business Profile: From the dropdown menu, select the appropriate Business Profile associated with the phone numbers to register.

Select Use Case: Choose the relevant Use Case (e.g., Call Tracking) from the dropdown menu.

Provide Company Information:

Input the company size (number of employees).

Input the average calls per day.

Optionally, add additional information about your use case.

Approval Notifications: Confirm that the email address linked to your Twilio account is correct. This is where you’ll receive notifications when Twilio approves the registration.

Submit or Save: Once all information is filled out, click Submit for Review to submit your registration or Save Draft to save it for later.
Twilio will approve your registration based on your business profile's status and submit the numbers to Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile for spam monitoring. You'll receive updates via email regarding your registration status.
