1. Prerequisite

You must purchase a phone number in Twilio before associating it with a campaign.
2. Navigate to Trust Hub

Go to Twilio and log in.

Click Admin in the top-right corner.

Select Account Trust Hub from the dropdown menu.
3. Access A2P Messaging

In the Trust Hub interface, locate “A2P Messaging (SMS)” and click Go to A2P Messaging.
4. Verify Campaign

Click Campaigns from the left-hand menu.

Confirm that your campaign is marked as “Verified” under the Campaign Status column.
5. Link a Phone Number

Click on the Campaign SID of the campaign you wish to update.

Scroll to the bottom and click “Add phone numbers” in the Connected Phone Numbers section.

Select the desired phone number, then click Register.

Review and accept the terms of use by clicking Confirm.
6. Confirmation

After registration, the number will appear under Connected Phone Numbers.
