Twilio: Primary Customer Profile

Here’s a straightforward, step-by-step guide in text form:

  1. Login to Twilio and navigate to the main dashboard.

  2. Click "Admin" in the top right corner.

  3. Select "Account Trust Hub" from the dropdown menu.

  4. In the Trust Hub, get an overview of its purpose (improves engagement and brand recognition).

  5. On the left sidebar, click "Customer Profiles."

  6. Locate your Primary Customer Profile at the top.

  7. If the status is “Draft,” the profile is incomplete and needs submission.

    • If rejected, the status will display “Twilio Rejected” in red.

  8. Click “Edit Profile” to finish the application.

  9. Complete all five required sections:

    • General Information

    • Business Information

    • Point of Contact

    • Notification Settings

    • Terms of Service and Privacy Policy


📤 After Submission:

Twilio will review the profile and either approve or deny it. You can monitor the status from the Customer Profiles section in your account.
