Login to Twilio and navigate to the main dashboard.

Click "Admin" in the top right corner.

Select "Account Trust Hub" from the dropdown menu.

In the Trust Hub, get an overview of its purpose (improves engagement and brand recognition).

On the left sidebar, click "Customer Profiles."

Locate your Primary Customer Profile at the top.

If the status is “Draft,” the profile is incomplete and needs submission.
