Prerequisite: Ensure you have a verified Primary Customer Profile before starting the CNAM registration. CNAM is only available for business profiles.

Login: Navigate to the Twilio dashboard and click on the Admin section in the upper right-hand corner. Select Account Trust Hub from the dropdown.

Access CNAM Settings: On the left-hand menu of the Trust Hub, click on CNAM to access CNAM-related options. Familiarize yourself with CNAM and click "Learn More" for additional information.

CNAM Registration:

Click on "Register for CNAM."

Enter the CNAM Display Name (this is the name that will be visible to your customers when you call).

Select the Business Profile from the available options.

Phone Number Registration:

Select the phone numbers to register for CNAM by checking the box next to each number.

Click Save once you've selected the desired numbers.

Set Trust Product Name: You’ll be prompted to input a Trust Product Friendly Name, which Twilio will automatically suggest a default for. You can modify this as needed.

Check the box to certify that your Business Profile is the originator of the phone calls and the display name represents your business.

Click Submit for Review to complete the process.

The CNAM registration will allow your business name to appear on customers' landlines and mobile phones, improving the chances of calls being answered.
