Test an Inbound Agent

This guide provides a straightforward, step-by-step process for testing an inbound agent on the SalesAI platform to ensure agents are functioning correctly and ready for performance. Scroll through the steps below to get started:

Here’s a straightforward, step-by-step guide in text form:

  • Navigate to SalesAi: Begin by logging into the SalesAi platform.

  • Select 'AI Voice': On the left-hand menu, click on "AI Voice" to manage voice agents.

  • Click 'Agents': This takes you to the list of agents where you can view and manage your inbound agents.

  • Locate Your Desired Inbound Agent: Inbound agents are marked with a downward, diagonal arrow.

  • Test the Agent: Click on the phone number below the agent's name to initiate a test call. You can repeat this process as many times as needed. Keep in mind that testing uses your monthly talk minutes.
