Tasks: Create a Task

Here’s a straightforward, step-by-step guide in text form:

  • Navigate to SalesAi: Access the platform and go to the dashboard.

  • Click "Tasks": On the left-hand side, select "Tasks" to manage your tasks.

  • Create Task: In the upper right-hand corner, click the "Create Task" button.

  • Select Task Type: Choose from "Attend Meeting," "Call," or "Other" from the dropdown menu.

  • Choose Assignee: Select the person assigned to the task, a user within your SalesAi workspace.

  • Select Contact: Choose the relevant contact, sourced from your SalesAi contacts.

  • Set Due Date: Pick the task's due date.

  • Set Due Time: Choose the task’s due time.

  • Attachments: You can optionally attach files.

  • Finalize: Click "Create Task" to save and create the task.
