Review Which Agents are Using Certain Assets

Learn how to quickly identify which specific AI agents are utilizing a particular document or resource from your library.

Steps

  1. Navigate to Knowledge Library.
  2. Locate the asset you want to review.
  3. Click the three dots (⋮) next to the asset.
  4. Select View More Details.
  5. In the details panel, locate the Used By Agents section.
  6. Review the list of agents currently using the asset.

 

Before editing or deleting an asset, check the Used By Agents section to understand which agents may be impacted by your changes.
