Navigate to SalesAi: From the dashboard, go to the "AI Voice" section, then click on "Call Logs" to access call information.

Search for a specific contact: Use the search bar to find a contact by name or phone number and click to select it.

Listen to the recording: Click the Play Button to listen to the call recording. You can also download the audio by clicking "Download Audio."

Review call details: Check the call date, time, and duration. You can also read through the call transcript for context and see other call details, such as outcome and call flow, on the right-hand side.
