Here’s a straightforward, step-by-step guide in text form:

  • Navigate to SalesAi: The first step involves accessing the platform.

  • Go to Settings: From the dashboard, click the "Settings" option on the left-hand menu.

  • Click Properties: In the settings menu, select "Properties."

  • Create a Property: Click on the "Create Property" button.

  • Input the Property Label: Enter a descriptive name for the property (e.g., "Customer Address").

  • Select Object Type: The default selection is "Contact," and this cannot be changed.

  • Input a Description: Provide details about the property and its purpose (e.g., "This is the customer's home address").

  • Click Next: Once the details are filled in, proceed by clicking "Next."

  • Select Field Type: Choose the appropriate field type from the dropdown, such as "Single line text," "Phone number," or "Datepicker."

  • Create the Property: Finalize the creation of the property by clicking the "Create Property" button.
