Agents with No Call-to-Action

Here’s a straightforward, step-by-step guide in text form:

  1. Navigate to SalesAi: Open the platform.

  2. Click 'AI Voice': From the left-hand side menu, select AI Voice.

  3. Click 'Agents': This takes you to the list of agents.

  4. Locate Your Desired Agent: You can either create a new agent or edit an existing one. The call-to-action settings are found in Step 3 – Call Flow.

  5. Scroll to 'Call to Action': At the bottom of Step 3, find the 'Call to Action' option.

  6. Toggle 'Call to Action' Off: Ensure that the "Call to Action" is toggled off (grey) to avoid triggering any calls to action like meeting scheduling or live transfers. If a contact requests these actions, the agent will notify them that those options are unavailable.

This setup is perfect when you just need to relay information without requiring further interaction from the contact.
