1. Navigate to SalesAi

Access the SalesAi platform from your browser.
2. Access Settings

In the lower left-hand corner, click on Settings.
3. Manage Users

Once in the Settings menu, select Manage Users.
4. Understand Role Types

Familiarize yourself with the two primary user roles:

Sales Representative: This role allows users to edit their personal settings.

Sales Manager: This role has full administrative control, including adding users and configuring global settings.

5. Search for a User

To find a specific user, type their name in the search bar at the top of the user list.
6. View Active Users

Click on the Active Users tab to view all currently active users within the system.
7. Delete an Active User

To delete a user, click the Red Trash icon next to their name.
