Not a visual learner? No problem!
Here’s a straightforward, step-by-step guide in text form:

🔌 Integration Methods

  1. Zapier (Primary Method)

    • Connects with a wide range of CRMs and tools

    • Automates workflows between platforms

  2. Webhooks

    • Direct data exchange between SalesAi and other systems

    • Configurable by customer dev teams

  3. API Considerations

    • No public API due to security and demand concerns

    • Zapier and webhooks offer API-like flexibility

🔄 Supported Data Transfers

  • Inbound to SalesAi: First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone (plus limited support for extra fields like address, company, etc.)

  • Outbound from SalesAi: All inbound data, plus call outcomes, transcripts, summaries, and engagement details

  • Not Supported: Real-time (asynchronous) external data pulls during live calls

⚙️ Integration Setup

  • Basic Setup: Push data into SalesAi, receive call/engagement data back into your CRM

  • Advanced Setup: Post data directly via webhooks; supports AI-powered data extraction via tools like OpenAI and Zapier AI

🤝 Tool Compatibility

  • CRM/Automation Compatibility: Works with any tool that supports webhooks or Zapier

    • Common platforms: HubSpot, GoHighLevel, MuleSoft, Boomi

  • Native Integrations: Google Calendar & Outlook

  • Unsupported: Some niche CRMs (verify via Zapier App Directory)

🔐 Security & Access

  • No public API currently due to risk of unauthorized access

  • Only supported SSO: Google Sign-In

🛠️ Support & Resources

  • Step-by-step documentation for webhook setup

  • Integration support via setup calls

  • Custom/advanced integrations require internal dev resources

  • Troubleshooting via support ticket system.
