You may submit a support ticket by clicking the link at the top of this page! You will be required to enter a few details, but that will give us information to work from, so please ensure you have added all relevant details or any attempted troubleshooting methods to the description.

Email

You can always email support@salesai.com to get a ticket generated for one of our specialists to take a look during business hours! Our business hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Time.

Customer Portal

The Customer Portal will allow you to view all of your currently active tickets. You will need to create an account utilizing your Company Email Address. You can use the link at the top that states "Log a Support Ticket".

June- AI Support Bot

You can always chat with June, our AI Support Bot in the bottom right-hand corner of the KnowledgeBase. June will be able to assist answering any questions you may have. If she is unable to assist, she will submit a ticket on your behalf to our Support team!
