High-Level Overview- Create a New Workflow

Here’s a straightforward, step-by-step guide in text form:

  • Accessing SalesAi: Begin by navigating to the SalesAi application, then click on "Workflows" from the left-hand sidebar. From there, click on "Create Workflow" in the upper-right corner.

  • Naming and Building Workflow: After naming the workflow, start building it under the "Builder" tab. Click on "Add New Trigger" and drag "Contact Created" onto the workflow area .

  • Enrolling Contacts: You can choose different options for enrolling contacts, such as manual addition, webhook, inbound phone call, or data import .

  • Adding Steps: Begin adding steps by clicking the "+" button. You'll select actions like "AI Call," "Send SMS," or "Drip," and configure settings like batch size and timeframes .

  • Finalizing Workflow: After adding steps, review the "Settings" and "Goal" sections to define business hours and select your workflow goal(s), such as "Voice Call Answered" or "Meeting Booked" .

  • Publishing: Once completed, decide whether to publish the workflow, save it as a draft, or delete it. Note that active workflows cannot be edited after activation.
