Not a visual learner? No problem! Here’s a straightforward, step-by-step guide in text form:

  1. Navigate to HubSpot: Begin by accessing HubSpot.

  2. Access Workflows: On the left-hand side, click the automation symbol and choose "Workflows."

  3. Create a New Workflow: Click "Create Workflows" and select "From Scratch."

  4. Skip Trigger: It's recommended to skip certain options that may lead to a Deal Workflow, which prevents SalesAi from appearing. Instead, go directly to "Skip Trigger" and choose "Eligible Records."

  5. Select Contact: Choose "Contact" as the record type for the workflow.

  6. Enroll Contacts: Search for SalesAi, and select the option to enroll contacts into SalesAi workflows.

  7. Workflow Configuration: Choose the specific SalesAi Workflow and click "Save and Continue." Note that the contact type cannot be changed after this step.

  8. Finalizing Workflow: After the workflow is complete, input a name and description, then click "Save."

  9. Review & Publish: Optionally review each step and click "Publish" to finalize the workflow.

The guide emphasizes that only Contact-Based Workflows are supported with SalesAi; other types, such as Company-based workflows, will not allow SalesAi to appear.
