Editing an Agent

Learn how to edit your agent's voice, settings, prompt, etc.

Scroll through the steps below to edit an agent.

1. Open Your Agent
  • Navigate to My Agents.
  • Locate the agent you want to modify.
  • Click the three-dot menu and select Edit.
2. Make Your Changes
  • Update any agent settings as needed.
  • Navigate through the available categories:
    • Agent Profile
    • Configuration
    • Actions
    • Tools
    • Knowledge
  • Modify prompts, voice settings, personality traits, actions, integrations, knowledge assets, or any other agent configuration.
3. Save Your Updates
  • Once all changes have been made, click Save Changes.
