Here’s a straightforward, step-by-step guide in text form:

Navigate to SalesAi: Start by accessing the platform.

Click "Workflows": On the left sidebar, click the "Workflows" section.

Locate the Draft Workflow: Find the workflow that is in "Draft" status (only drafts can be edited).

Click the Three Dots: To the right of the draft workflow, click on the three dots.

Select "Edit Workflow": From the dropdown, choose "Edit Workflow."

Make Changes in the Builder: Modify the steps of the workflow in the "Builder" tab as needed.

Adjust Settings: Make necessary updates under the "Settings" tab (e.g., business hours, timezone).

Update Goals: Under the "Goal" tab, make changes to workflow goals like outcomes that remove contacts from the workflow.

Save or Publish: If you’re ready to activate the workflow, click the toggle to "Publish." If not, save your progress by clicking the save icon.
Note: Editing is only available for workflows that are in "Draft" status. Once a workflow is active, it cannot be edited.
