      Edit a User's Number

      This guide provides essential steps for updating individual user phone numbers in SalesAi. Scroll through the steps below to get started:

      Here’s a straightforward, step-by-step guide in text form:

      • Navigate to SalesAi: Go to the SalesAi dashboard.

      • Access AI Voice: From the left-hand side, click on "AI Voice."

      • Select Number Directory: Choose "Number Directory" from the options.

      • Locate the User: Find the individual user whose phone number you want to edit. Only contacts marked as "User Number" cannot be edited directly in the Number Directory.

      • Click Settings: Click on the "Settings" option on the left side menu.

      • Go to User Settings: Select "User Settings" under the "Settings" section.

      • Edit the Phone Number: In the User Settings, update the phone number as needed.

      • Save Changes: Click "Save" at the top of the page to save the updated phone number.

      • Confirmation: A pop-up banner will appear confirming that the user has been successfully updated. Once the number is saved, it will automatically appear in the Number Directory.
