Navigate to SalesAi: Access the dashboard, and go to the "AI Voice" section.

Select Number Directory: Click on "Number Directory" from the left-hand side.

Locate the Contact: Find the individual or department whose number you wish to edit. Custom contacts can be edited, and these will be labeled as "Custom" in the directory.

Click the Three Dots: Next to the contact’s name, click the three vertical dots to open more options.

Edit Number: Click "Edit Number" from the drop-down menu.

Update the Phone Number: Enter the new phone number in the edit window.

Save Changes: Click "Save" to confirm the changes.

Confirmation: A pop-up banner will appear at the top of the screen confirming the number was updated successfully.
