Delete an Asset

Learn how to permanently remove an asset from your Knowledge Library.

Steps
  1. Navigate to Knowledge Library.
  2. Locate the asset you want to delete.
  3. Click the three dots (⋮) next to the asset.
  4. Select Delete Asset.
  5. Review the warning message.
  6. Click Permanently Delete Asset to confirm.
Important

Deleting an asset permanently removes it from the Knowledge Library and from all agents currently using it. This action cannot be undone.
