1. Navigate to the SalesAi Platform

Access the SalesAi dashboard .
2. Go to Conversations

Click on "Conversations" in the left-hand navigation panel .
3. Select a Contact

In the left column, locate and click on the contact you want to tag .
4. Open Contact Information

In the far-right panel, under Contact Information, click the drop-down arrow to view details like:

Job Title

Timezone

5. Add a New Tag

Under the Tags section, click the “+” button to create a new tag .
6. Name Your Tag
