Create a New Custom Property within an Agent

Learn how to easily configure and add custom data capture properties to your agent. This guide streamlines the process of tracking specific information fields to improve your agent's data collection capabilities.

  1. Open SalesAi and click My Agents in the left sidebar.
  2. Open an agent and go to the Data Capture tab.
  3. Click + Add property, either in the middle of the screen or with “Add individual property” in the upper right.
  4. Pick an existing property, or click + New property to create one.
  5. The property then shows up in the Data Capture list.
  6. Use the three-dot menu to See in Properties (to edit it) or Remove from agent.
