Contacts: Manually Add a New Contact

Here’s a straightforward, step-by-step guide in text form:

  • Navigate to SalesAi: The guide begins with accessing the SalesAi platform, focusing on the Contacts section in the left-hand menu.

  • Add Contact: Click on the "Add Contact" button in the upper-right corner of the screen.

  • Input Basic Contact Information:

    • First Name and Last Name are required fields .

    • Email address is optional .

    • Phone number is required .

  • Optional Fields:

    • Job Title and Location can be selected from drop-down menus .

    • Assignee and Lead Type (e.g., Inbound, Outbound) can also be chosen from the drop-down menu .

  • Save: After entering the required and optional fields, click Save to add the contact .

  • Contact Appears in the Contacts Menu: Once saved, the new contact will be displayed in the list of contacts with associated information such as the created date .
