Company Settings

This guide provides a step-by-step process for adjusting critical company settings in the SalesAI application. It ensures users can efficiently update their company name, location, contact number, and domain. Scroll through the steps to get started:

Here’s a straightforward, step-by-step guide in text form:

1. Navigate to SalesAi

  • Log in to SalesAi and access the platform.

2. Access Settings

  • Click on Settings in the lower-left corner.

3. Open Company Settings

  • Click on Company Settings.

4. Input Company Information

  • Company Name: Enter the official company name.

  • Company Location: Input the company’s location, ideally the headquarters.

  • Company Number: Add the company’s main phone number.

5. Optional (for Live Transfer)

  • If Live Transfer is enabled:

    • Add specific phone numbers for Sales, Billing, and Support departments.

    • The agent will use these numbers for transferring calls based on the department.

6. Input Domain

  • Enter the company’s domain for accurate system identification.

7. Save Settings

  • Once all changes are made, click Save at the top of the screen.
