Within the Call Logs tab, you can review the outcome of each call. Below are the possibilities that SalesAi automatically assigns.
- BOOKED_A_MEETING
The BOOKED_A_MEETING call tag means the Ai calling agent has successfully booked a meeting to a calendar.
- DNA
The DNA call tag means the contact did not answer the call.
- DNC
The DNC call tag means the contact has requested not to be contacted.
- VOICEMAIL
The VOICEMAIL call tag means the Ai Agent detected a voicemail for the contact. Currently, Ai Agents through SalesAi do not leave voicemails.
- TRANSFERRED
The TRANSFERRED call tag means the Ai Agent successfully live transferred the call.
- ANSWERED
The ANSWERED call tag means the contact answered the Ai call, but did not book a meeting or transfer to a live representative.
- ERROR
The ERROR call tag means there was an issue completing the Ai call.
- CALLBACK
The CALLBACK call tag means the prospect called the Ai agent back.
