      Call Logs Overview

      Here’s a straightforward, step-by-step guide in text form:

      • Navigating to SalesAi: From the dashboard, click on the "AI Voice" section, and then select "Call Logs."

      • Viewing Call Information: In the call logs, you will see the contact name, call flow, outcome, direction, date, and duration for each call.

      • Searching for Specific Contacts: Use the search bar to find a specific contact by name or phone number.

      • Filtering by Agent: You can filter the call logs by the agent using the drop-down arrow.

      • Filtering by Outcome: You can filter by various outcomes like Answered, Voicemail, DNC (Do Not Call), Booked a Meeting, etc.

      • Filtering by Direction: You can filter calls by direction (Inbound or Outbound).

      • Filtering by Date Range: Use the calendar to select and filter calls by specific dates or date ranges.

      • Conversations Access: Call details can also be found within the "Conversations" section (early access).
