🔧 Before You Begin

  • Agents must be created before building an AI Call Workflow.

🛠️ Workflow Creation Steps

  1. Navigate to SalesAi → Workflows → Create Workflow.

  2. Name your workflow and go to the Builder tab.

  3. Set a Trigger:

    • Options include:

      • Manual

      • Webhook (must be configured in Company Settings)

      • Inbound Phone Call

      • Data Import

  4. Add a Drip Step (optional but recommended):

    • Drip controls how contacts are spaced out.

    • Suggested batch size: 50 contacts

    • Suggested timing: 1 hour and 1 minute

  5. Add an AI Call Step:

    • Select AI Call and assign a voice agent.

    • You can duplicate steps for follow-ups.

    • Add delays between calls:

      • Recommended: 1-day delay

      • Ideal: 3–7 call attempts over 2 weeks

    • Optional: Use different agents for follow-ups.

⚙️ Final Configuration

  • In Settings, toggle Business Hours on/off based on preference.

  • In Goal, choose what triggers unenrollment (e.g., call answered or meeting booked).

  • Save Draft to pause your work or Publish to activate the workflow.

⚠️ Important Note

  • Once published, workflows cannot be edited.
