Agent Testing
This guide quickly shows how to run an inbound or outbound test call for any agent from both the main dashboard and the agent profile.

Option 1: Test from the Agent Dashboard
- Navigate to SalesAi.
- Click My Agents on the left-hand side.
- Find the agent you want to test.
- Click the three dots on the right side of the agent card.
- Select Test from the dropdown.
Inbound Test
- In the test window, find the agent’s phone number listed in green.
- Call that number from any phone to test how the agent handles inbound calls.
Outbound Test
- Enter the mobile number you want the agent to call.
- Click Start Test Call.
- Confirm that Test Call Initiated Successfully appears at the bottom.
Option 2: Test from the Agent Profile
- Navigate to SalesAi.
- Click My Agents.
- Find the agent you want to test.
- Click the three dots on the right side of the agent card.
- Select Edit.
- Once inside the agent profile, click Test in the upper-right corner.
Inbound Test
- Call the agent’s listed phone number to test inbound behavior.
Outbound Test
- Enter your mobile number.
- Click Start Test Call to have the agent call you.
Quick Testing Checklist
Before marking the agent ready, test that it:
- Answers inbound calls correctly
- Starts outbound calls successfully
- Uses the correct opening message
- Sounds natural
- Handles pauses and interruptions well
- Follows the prompt and guardrails
- Responds correctly to common questions
- Completes the intended action, like booking a meeting or transferring the call
