Adding Transfer Numbers for Agent Use
Learn how to add new transfer numbers for your automated agents within the SalesAI platform. This guide helps you streamline call routing to ensure your leads are connected to the right team members efficiently.

1. Open Settings
- Click the Settings icon in the bottom-left corner next to your name.
- Select Settings from the menu.
2. Access Transfer Numbers
- Navigate to the Transfer Numbers tab.
- Click Add New Number in the upper-right corner.
3. Add a Transfer Contact
- Enter the name of the person who will receive transferred calls.
- Enter their phone number.
4. Save the Number
- Click Add Number to save the transfer contact.
5. Verify the Number
- Confirm the new transfer number appears in the list.
- Once displayed, the number is available for selection and can be used by your agent to transfer calls to that individual.
