Navigate to SalesAi: Access the dashboard and proceed to the "AI Voice" section.

Select Number Directory: On the left-hand side, click on "Number Directory" to view and manage contact numbers.

Input the Number: Enter the phone number for the individual or department you wish to add.

Enter the Name: Add the name associated with the number.

Add the Number: Click "Add New Number" to save the contact.

Confirmation: A pop-up banner will appear confirming that the number has been added successfully.

Custom Contact Type: The new contact will appear in the directory, marked as a "Custom" contact type.
