Add a Voicemail to AI Calls

Prerequisite: An agent and workflow must already be created before you can add a voicemail script.
Steps
- Open your workflow and select the AI Call step.
- Verify an agent is assigned to the step.
- Enable the Leave Voicemail toggle.
- Click Write Voicemail Script.
- Enter your voicemail message.
- To personalize the message, use custom fields (such as First Name) by clicking the { } icon.
- Click Save Changes to apply the voicemail script.
