Add a Voicemail to AI Calls

Learn how to configure your AI voicemail settings within the workflow builder. This guide walks you through the steps to draft and save a custom script to enhance your automated outreach.

Prerequisite: An agent and workflow must already be created before you can add a voicemail script.

Steps
  1. Open your workflow and select the AI Call step.
  2. Verify an agent is assigned to the step.
  3. Enable the Leave Voicemail toggle.
  4. Click Write Voicemail Script.
  5. Enter your voicemail message.
  6. To personalize the message, use custom fields (such as First Name) by clicking the { } icon.
  7. Click Save Changes to apply the voicemail script.
