Not a visual learner? No problem!
Here’s a straightforward, step-by-step guide in text form:

Method 1: Publish Google Doc to the Web

  1. Create a Google Doc:

    • Start by creating a Blank Document in Google Docs.

    • Paste any relevant content for your agent to reference. The agent can only access content within this Google Doc; external links won't work.

  2. Publish the Document:

    • Click on File > Share > Publish to Web.

    • In the pop-up window, select Link and click Publish.

    • Copy the generated link.

  3. Integrate with SalesAi Agent:

    • In the SalesAi platform, go to Step 3 - Call Flow while creating your agent.

    • Paste the copied link into the Knowledge Base URL field.

    • Wait for the green spinning wheel to stop, indicating that the document has been successfully uploaded.

    • Once the Successfully Uploaded message appears, you can continue building your agent.

Method 2: Use PDF via Google Drive Link

  1. Create and Upload PDF:

    • Copy your content into a Google Doc.

    • Then, click File > Download > PDF Document.

    • Upload the PDF to Google Drive by selecting New > File Upload and choosing your PDF.

  2. Set Permissions:

    • Open the uploaded PDF in Google Drive.

    • Click on Share, change General Access to Anyone with the Link, and copy the link.

  3. Integrate with SalesAi Agent:

    • Switch back to your SalesAi tab.

    • In Step 3 - Call Flow, paste the copied link into the Knowledge Base URL.

    • Wait for the green spinning wheel to disappear, then confirm the Successfully Uploaded message before continuing with your agent setup.
