Integrate Zoom with GoHighLevel

In order to have a Zoom meeting populate on a new Google calendar booking, we'll need to integrate it into GoHighLevel.

Follow these steps to Integrate your Zoom account with GHL

  • Click on Settings
    Click on Settings
  • Click on My Profile
    Click on My Profile
  • Scroll down to Calendar Settings. Click + Add New
    Scroll down to the Calendars Settings, Click + Add New
  • Click Connect on Zoom and Sign in
    Click Connect on Google or Outlook and Sign in
  • Click the 'X' at the top-right of the Calendars window
    Click the 'X' at the top of the Calendars window
  • Scroll down to User Availability
    Scroll down to User Availability
  • Click on 'Custom' under Meeting Location and set Zoom as your Meeting Location
    Click on 'Custom' under Meeting Location and select your Meeting location
